Carb Smart Sriracha sauce

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and seasoning.
Place the steak in the ziplock bag with the marinade ingredients. Turn the bag several times to coat the steak.
Place the bag in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably 4-8 hours.
When the steak has been marinaded, remove from the fridge and let it rest to room temperature. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Once the grill is hot, grill your steak for about 5-10 minutes a side or depending on the thickness of the steak and your preferred doneness.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice into thin strips (against the grain) and enjoy with a side.
