I believe there is no one-size-fits-all, and that is why I work with people on an individual basis. My nutrition philosophy centres around The Ketogenic Diet, and Low-carb, high-fat principles. I include dietary strategies to lower insulin, intermittent fasting, eating whole, unrefined foods, cutting back on refined grains, sugars, and increasing natural, healthy fats. Through personalised care and advice, I help my clients have a better understanding that food can either help them reach their goals or prevent them from making progress. It is my greatest desire to help people discover the truth about health and wellbeing. No matter where you are in your journey, you can benefit from the support and encouragement of working with me. HOW TO WORK WITH ME

For a long time, I tried to figure out the best way to do Keto, with no support or guidance from anyone. I know how difficult it can be to go-at-it-alone.  You may have joined a bunch of Facebook Groups, downloaded some free keto-meal-plans, watched plenty of YouTube videos, but still find SO MUCH conflicting information. You may even have had some success by yourself. Lost your first 5kg, but then hit a plateau, and you just can’t seem to get to the next phase.

KETO COACHING

My coaching is not just about helping you with the Keto diet. The key to lasting change is to change the habits that got you to where you are right now. I, not only teach you about keto, but also help you figure out what is holding you back, and how to fix it.

CONSULTING

Starting Keto is one thing, trying something like Intermittent Fasting, is entirely different. Perhaps you've tried, but you're stuck. I am happy to help you if you are stuck or if you just need some advice. I do single session consulting via digital platforms e.g. Zoom or Skype.

GROCERIES

You've got your keto grocery list, but grocery shopping seems daunting. How do you do grocery shopping the Keto way, or how do you read food labels. My years of Keto experience and knowing most South African brands will help you out!
