Hello and welcome to My Coaching Program!
I want to start off by saying thank you for trusting me with your journey. I’m super excited to present the first part of the Program to you and know that you will find it helpful and very insightful.
During my coaching program, I aim to teach and empower you as much as you’d allow me to. It is my goal that you would be equipped with the right knowledge and understanding to continue to live a ketogenic lifestyle long after we’ve worked together.
In the next couple of weeks, you will learn to reset your body and your mind. Forget the typical diet-mentality that has kept you on and off diets for most of your life. Everything you think you know about diets or nutrition – you will need to forget it. Put it behind you. The Ketogenic Diet is not a short-term way of eating to lose weight, something you’ll try out and then go back to your old way of eating. It is your new lifestyle. Embrace it with everything in you!

Video 1 – Introduction -Ketogenic Diet Guide
This video is an Introduction and Guide about Keto. The content in this guide is the foundation of understanding what keto is all about. I will take you from the basics such as the history of the ketogenic diet, to explaining exactly what ketosis is, understanding macros and their function, supplements on keto as well as tips on how to avoid the dreaded keto flu.
Video 2 – Quick Start Guide
The second video in the series is a The Practical Guide to Getting Started. In this video I cover foods you can eat and foods to avoid, an in-depth look at healthy fats and unhealthy fat and I also cover alternative sweeteners. There is a step by step guide on how to set up of your Cronometer food diary app and then practical tips when you go grocery shopping and meal planning.
You will also receive your Keto Diet Plan, Meal Plan, Personalized Macros and Shopping List via email.
THE SILVER PACKAGE IS AN INTRODUCTION TO MY 6 WEEKS PACKAGE (GOLD PACKAGE) THE GOLD PACKAGE IS BASED ON A FULL 6 WEEKS WHICH IS DIVIDED INTO 3 PHASES AND INCLUDES 4 FOLLOW UP SESSIONS TO GUIDE AND SUPPORT YOU.
