Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Lettuce ,shredded approx 40-50g
  • 4 Small Cherry Tomatoes approx 20g
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped or sliced approx 70g
  • 3-5 Olives approx 15g
  • 30 grams Feta Cheese approx ½ disc
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil optional
  • Pink Himalayan Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar (optional) Carb Smart Balsamic preferred
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Avocado

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add Balsamic Vinegar and Mayonnaise
  • Season to taste.
