- 1 Cup Lettuce ,shredded approx 40-50g
- 4 Small Cherry Tomatoes approx 20g
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped or sliced approx 70g
- 3-5 Olives approx 15g
- 30 grams Feta Cheese approx ½ disc
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil optional
- Pink Himalayan Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar (optional) Carb Smart Balsamic preferred
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Avocado
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add Balsamic Vinegar and Mayonnaise
- Season to taste.
