The mixed berry sorbet is an excellent and super easy snack on hot days or when you are craving something cold.
If your blender does not want to blend the frozen berries try adding a little bit of water until it blends properly. You don’t want to add too much water as it will become more liquid than a sorbet consistency.
Mix it up with different berries e.g. a mixed berry blend, only raspberries or even blueberries.

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 1 pkt stevia or tsp erythritol
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor/Nutritbullet and blend on high for a couple of seconds.
- Serve and enjoy!
