- 600 grams Hake fish fillets, frozen
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Carb Smart Lemon & Herb Seasoning
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place the fish on a baking tray, or oven-proof glass dish that has been sprayed with Spray&Cook.
- Coat the fish with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the spice making sure it is coated generously.
- Place in the oven and allow to bake for 25 minutes or according to the instructions on the packaging. Make sure the fish is cooked throughout.
- Serve with Greek salad.
