Ingredients

  • 600 grams Hake fish fillets, frozen
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Carb Smart Lemon & Herb Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Place the fish on a baking tray, or oven-proof glass dish that has been sprayed with Spray&Cook.
  • Coat the fish with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with the spice making sure it is coated generously.
  • Place in the oven and allow to bake for 25 minutes or according to the instructions on the packaging. Make sure the fish is cooked throughout.
  • Serve with Greek salad.
