- 1 wedge Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
- Season with freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes, if using.
