Ingredients
- 150 grams Sirloin, no visible fat
- 1 tbsp Carb Smart Sriracha sauce
- .5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and seasoning.
- Place the steak in the ziplock bag with the marinade ingredients. Turn the bag several times to coat the steak.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably 4-8 hours.
- When the steak has been marinaded, remove from the fridge and let it rest to room temperature. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, grill your steak for about 5-10 minutes a side or depending on the thickness of the steak and your preferred doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice into thin strips (against the grain) and enjoy with a side.
