Ingredients
- 2 tsp Butter
- 0.5 cup Spinach, cooked
- 1 large Egg, free range
- 1 tbsp Onion, chopped
Instructions
- Add butter to your pan over medium heat. Add in onions and cook until transparent, about 5 minutes.
- Add in the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the spinach leaves wilt.
- Make a small well in the spinach and crack an egg into the well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg whites are set.
