Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 0.5 cup Spinach, cooked
  • 1 large Egg, free range
  • 1 tbsp Onion, chopped

Instructions

  • Add butter to your pan over medium heat. Add in onions and cook until transparent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add in the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the spinach leaves wilt.
  • Make a small well in the spinach and crack an egg into the well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg whites are set.

Notes

You can easily increase this recipe's portion sizes depending on how many people you are cooking for.
