I found this super simple Chopped Green Salad with Ranch Dressing on the Woolworths Taste website together with the Ranch Dressing recipe.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Fennel, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, finely chopped approx 140 grams
  • 1 Avocado approx 120 grams
  • 180 grams Mixed Lettuce Greens
  • 3 stalks Spring onions
  • 4 tbsp Ranch Dressing (homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and drizzle with ranch dressing.
