I believe there is no one-size-fits-all, and that is why I work with people on an individual basis. My nutrition philosophy centres around The Ketogenic Diet, and Low-carb, high-fat principles. I include dietary strategies to lower insulin, intermittent fasting, eating whole, unrefined foods, cutting back on refined grains, sugars, and increasing natural, healthy fats. Through personalised care and advice, I help my clients have a better understanding that food can either help them reach their goals or prevent them from making progress. It is my greatest desire to help people discover the truth about health and wellbeing. No matter where you are in your journey, you can benefit from the support and encouragement of working with me.
